TREVOR HAGERMAN, CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Trevor started in the oilfield industry back in 1986 as a labourer with Midwest Pipelines. Since that time, Trevor grew up through the system as a pipefitter and then worked his way up to foreman , supervisor then manager. He spent several years with Can-west Industrial as a Project Supervisor and then moved to Carson Welding & Maintenance Ltd. with Ron Carson to build a Facility Division. This was started back in 2008 and grew into a very successful division.  After several different acquisitions of Carson’s by different companies in a short period of time, namely Flint,  URS and finally Aecom, Trevor made a decision to part from Aecom.   After his departure he then had the opportunity to join forces with two other partners to start a new Facility Division with Right Choice Energy Services Inc, which was established back in 2014 and has continued to grow ever since with locations in Weyburn and Moose Jaw.
